Reporting to the Human Resources Manager and working closely with our club leadership teams, the HR & Payroll Administrator plays a key role in supporting over 700 employees across our company. Whether you re just starting out or have 1–2 years of HR/payroll experience, we’re excited to train and support the right candidate who’s eager to learn, grow, and contribute.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Be the first friendly contact for new hires: onboard team members into our HR, payroll, and time-tracking systems (Rise).
  • Run the show on pay day: process semi-monthly payroll for 700+ hourly and salaried employees—including bonuses, commissions, overtime, and statutory holidays.
  • Stay organized behind the scenes: maintain digital employee files, generate HR and payroll reports, and process ROEs and T4s.
  • Champion employee benefits: manage eligibility and enroll team members in the company plan.
  • Support company growth: occasionally help with recruitment for club leadership and personal training roles.
  • Partner with the Human Resources Manager on a variety of people-focused projects and initiatives.
What You Bring to the Team
  • A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related program.
  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or HR/payroll role.
  • Payroll certification is a plus, but not required.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional—great at communicating with team members across all levels.
  • Flexible and dependable—you’re willing to do what it takes to ensure payroll is processed on time.
