You will work closely with club leadership teams to facilitate payroll processing and onboarding. This is an ideal opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals in Human Resources or Business Administration looking to make an impact in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• First point of contact for new employee onboarding
• Process payroll for over 700 staff members
• Maintain accurate digital employee records
• Handle employee benefits administration
• Assist in recruitment for club roles as needed
Requirements:
• Recent graduate or diploma holder in HR or related field
• Up to 2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles
• Detail-oriented and capable of working independently
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members
• Dependable in meeting payroll deadlines
