In this 1-year term role, you will execute HR strategies, manage the employee lifecycle, and serve as an advisor to Operations management. The ideal applicant will possess substantial HR experience and a passion for employee engagement. This hands-on position requires frequent interaction with team members across various levels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead HR for airport Food & Beverage operations
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies
• Provide HR policy guidance ensuring uniform interpretation
• Support labor relations activities and grievances
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Requirements:
• 5+ years of HR experience, 2-4 in a leadership role
• Experience in unionized settings preferred
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employee relations
• Excellent interpersonal skills and discretion in handling confidentiality
• Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office tools
