In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the Human Resources Generalist to execute HR functions effectively. You will handle recruitment processes, manage payroll and benefits administration, and contribute to employee engagement initiatives. Your support in developing HR policies will be significant in cultivating an inclusive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive HR support for multiple functions

• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes

• Serve as contact for employee questions and guidance

• Process payroll and administer employee benefits

• Participate in employee engagement and recognition activities

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in HR Management, Business

• 2-4 years’ HR coordinator or generalist experience

• Knowledge of BC Employment Standards

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS technologies

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
