Job Title: HQ Director
Location: Coquitlam, British Columbia
Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 + Bonus + Benefits

I am hiring on behalf of a privately held holding company based in Coquitlam, British Columbia, focused on developing and operating a luxury lifestyle athletic social club and a diversified portfolio of related businesses. These include golf operations, retail, academies, real estate development, hospitality, and branded apparel — all centered on delivering premium customer experiences.

Position Overview

The HQ Director will provide strategic and operational leadership across the organization’s head office and portfolio companies. This role is responsible for driving business performance, ensuring operational excellence, aligning cross‑functional teams, and supporting long‑term growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong business acumen, capable of managing multiple business lines within a dynamic and evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic oversight and direction for head office operations and portfolio entities
  • Lead cross‑functional teams across operations, retail, hospitality, real estate, and brand initiatives
  • Develop and execute business strategies aligned with company growth objectives
  • Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and operational efficiency
  • Establish and implement policies, processes, and performance metrics
  • Identify new business opportunities and support expansion initiatives
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness
  • Ensure a high standard of customer and brand experience across all business units
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of progressive leadership experience, preferably within multi‑entity or diversified business environments
  • Strong operational, financial, and strategic planning expertise
  • Experience overseeing multiple business functions or brands simultaneously
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to operate both strategically and hands‑on when needed
