- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
1 year to less than 2 years.
Work must be completed at the physical location. No option to work remotely.
Responsibilities- Develop specific plans to prioritize
- Oversee the activities of clearing the fields
- Train seed cutting techniques to farm laborers
- Assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio‑security procedures
- Maintain financial and production records
- Co‑ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting laborers
- Maintain quality control and production records
- Supervise and oversee growing and other crop‑related operations
- Maintain work records and logs
- Hire and train staff
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
