• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

1 year to less than 2 years.

Work must be completed at the physical location. No option to work remotely.

• Develop specific plans to prioritize
• Oversee the activities of clearing the fields
• Train seed cutting techniques to farm laborers
• Assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio‑security procedures
• Maintain financial and production records
• Co‑ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting laborers
• Maintain quality control and production records
• Supervise and oversee growing and other crop‑related operations
• Maintain work records and logs
• Hire and train staff
• Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
