Reporting to the Director of Facilities Services, this role encompasses strategic oversight of maintenance projects and systems management. You’ll work directly with various managers to coordinate improvements and maintain efficient operational workflows, ensuring that safety and educational resources are upheld at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and maintenance of CMMS for facilities

• Collaborate on major maintenance and improvements planning

• Ensure safety compliance and effective project execution

• Monitor maintenance requests and responses for accuracy

• Train staff and oversee their development

Requirements:

• Education in engineering or facilities management

• At least five years of management experience in facilities

• Expertise in CMMS and project budgeting

• Knowledge of building systems and regulatory standards

• Experience in unionized conditions preferred
