Key Responsibilities:
• Develop bids, proposals, and customer solutions.
• Negotiate key program requirements, funding, and timelines.
• Guide program teams and maintain program visibility.
• Track progress with detailed program schedules.
• Manage staffing levels and resources effectively.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in STEM fields.
• 12+ years of program/project management experience.
• Expertise in risk and contract management.
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
• Ability to obtain required security clearance.
