Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safe and profitable management of all branch activities. You’ll guide service coordination, warehousing, and logistics to enhance overall operational efficiency and support field operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure proper planning and execution of operational activities
• Guide the Service Coordination Team in achieving quality standards
• Lead all warehousing and logistics activities
• Analyze and document operational performance indicators
• Communicate effectively on resource and execution risks
Requirements:
• Degree in Logistics or a related field
• Minimum 5-7 years in operational leadership
• Proven experience managing teams in HVAC or mechanical fields
• Strong analytical skills for operational data
• Effective collaboration and communication skills
