As a Senior Program Manager, you will oversee the Aviation Program, ensuring strategic objectives align with business goals. Your significant experience in program and project management will be critical in supervising critical projects like Global Procedure Designed and Automated Charting and Encoding. You will cultivate an efficient team environment and ensure tactical project execution meets customer demands and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cross-functional project execution and issue resolution

• Control overall project schedules and budgets

• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and community awareness

• Lead and mentor team leaders for success

• Identify early risks and implement proactive strategies

Requirements:

• BSc, BEng, or equivalent in relevant discipline

• At least 15 years in project management roles

• Proven experience in software engineering leadership

• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills

• In-depth understanding of aviation data and workflows
