In the role of Supervisor, Operations Relief, you will coordinate and inspire unionized staff and contractors, ensuring efficient service across various delivery areas. The ideal candidate will have a commitment to customer success, organizational prowess, and problem-solving skills in dynamic environments. You will manage operational priorities and enforce adherence to safety protocols while fostering a productive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and train employees to fulfill delivery commitments
• Manage daily operations and set team priorities
• Improve productivity by analyzing daily performance reports
• Conduct safety investigations and monitor compliance
• Address staff issues with appropriate action
Requirements:
• Completed High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• At least 1 year of team management experience
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications
• Flexible shift and weekend availability
• Customer service experience is a plus
