In this key role, your focus will be on operational execution and effectiveness, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. You will manage the Service Coordination team, optimize logistics for field operations, and conduct performance analyses to steer performance improvements. Collaboration with administrative and branch leadership teams will be essential to meet client commitments and enhance operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure execution plans align with sold contracts
• Supervise team to enhance service quality and reduce inefficiencies
• Oversee inventory management and procurement operations

Requirements:
• Diploma in business administration or equivalent
• 5-7 years of progressive operational leadership
• Minimum 3 years in people management
• Strong skills in budget management and performance KPIs
• Valid driver’s license for site travel
