Warehouse Manager at Canadian Tire

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage delivery, storage, and placement of merchandise

• Monitor records of damages, shortages, and returns

• Plan departmental activities, objectives, and changeovers

• Train and motivate warehouse team members

• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations

Requirements:

• Supervisory or managerial experience required

• Proven experience in logistics and operations

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

• Experience in a warehouse/distribution environment is an asset
