Position: Service Delivery Manager - Bilingual Required
Play a critical role at Vancouver International Airport as a Bilingual Service Delivery Manager. Lead and optimize screening checkpoint operations for total compliance and efficiency.

This term position involves overseeing daily operations while ensuring a safe and efficient experience for passengers. You will manage and support Screening Officers, navigate escalated situations, and document incidents while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee checkpoint operations with a compliance focus

• Cultivate strong relationships with aviation stakeholders

• Ensure adherence to daily KPIs and SOPs

• Lead and mentor Screening Officers effectively

• Support operational matters and complaints resolution

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)

• At least three years in a leadership role

• Bachelor's degree or relevant supervisory experience

• Capacity to obtain Transportation Security Clearance

• Strong problem-solving and client service skills
