Position: Supervisory Role in Warehouse Operations
Lead warehouse operations as a Warehouse Supervisor at Coke Canada’s Richmond Production Facility. Ensure safety, optimize performance, and support your team in this crucial role.

Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, you will manage warehouse team activities, covering training and compliance in a unionized setting. Focused on enhancing productivity, you will also oversee KPIs and asset utilization, ensuring effective communication between shifts and adherence to safety policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff

• Conduct safety talks to promote a strong safety culture

• Handle daily operational maintenance in a union setting

• Review KPIs and drive performance improvements

• Ensure information is accurately shared across shifts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required; experience preferred

• 1-3 years supervisory experience required

• Strong communicator and leader

• Familiar with Office and SAP systems

• Excellent organizational and evaluative skills
