Carmichael Engineering is hiring a Senior Operations Manager at their Richmond, BC location. Lead efforts in operational management, service coordination, and financial performance.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing all operational processes at the branch while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Your leadership will involve both strategic planning and direct supervision of service, warehousing, and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct operational planning and execution of activities

• Supervise service coordination and maintain quality standards

• Optimize inventory and logistics for field support

• Document and analyze KPI metrics for operations

• Collaborate with the Branch Leader on resource alignment

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration or similar

• 5-7 years of progressive operations management experience

• 3+ years in a leadership role managing service teams

• Solid understanding of operational resources in HVAC

• Proven experience in budget management and process improvement
