This role invites a proactive front-line leader to inspire unionized employees and contractors in urban, suburban, and rural settings. You will be responsible for managing operational efficiency, providing training, and fostering teamwork in a dynamic work environment. Key duties include overseeing safety practices and resolving staff concerns through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coach and train teams to meet delivery service targets
• Oversee daily operations with established priorities
• Analyze reports to enhance overall productivity
• Promote safe working conditions and conduct investigations
• Resolve staffing issues in consultation with Labour Relations
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 1-year team management experience or 2 years in unions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Availability for shifts and weekends
• Experience in customer service is advantageous
