Position: Retail Leadership Role: Small Area Manager
Become a pivotal force in retail leadership as the Small Area Manager with Kin’s Farm Market in Richmond, BC. Lead multiple stores while driving employee performance and customer engagement.

In this role, you will act as the liaison between the Support Centre and the stores, ensuring alignment with corporate initiatives. Your primary focus will be on enhancing store performance through effective coaching and consistent operational oversight. You will be directly involved in not just management but also the evaluation of sales performance and strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management of corporate and franchise stores

• Conduct training and mentorship for store managers

• Analyze performance reports for strategic decision-making

• Maintain compliance with company quality standards

• Act as a point of contact between suppliers and store operations

Requirements:

• 5+ years of retail management experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
