TradesBC as a Manager for the Apprenticeship Advisors in the Lower Mainland. This full-time leadership role involves strategic management and collaboration across multiple stakeholders.

As the Manager, you will oversee the Apprenticeship Advisor Team, ensuring effective delivery of apprenticeship programs and services. You will also support strategic initiatives aimed at promoting apprenticeships and fostering strong relationships with partners. Managing performance and empowering advisors will be essential for achieving success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly manage the Apprenticeship Advisor Team's workflow

• Develop strategic partnerships with employers and sponsors

• Participate in cross-departmental initiatives to enhance services

• Conduct ongoing analysis for continuous improvement

• Provide support on complex cases and escalations

Requirements:

• 5 to 7 years of leadership experience in relevant sectors

• Proven ability to lead through influence and collaboration

• Strong understanding of BC's apprenticeship system

• Experience with remote management and digital tools

• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
