Drive daily operations at U-Haul’s storage center in Richmond, British Columbia. This role emphasizes customer service, transaction management, and staff supervision to maintain a secure and clean facility.
As the Assistant Manager, you will handle transactions, oversee storage rentals, and ensure cleanliness at the Richmond site. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential. You'll also support the Storage Center Manager by motivating and directing personnel to meet operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer transactions and service inquiries
• Maintain accurate and detailed operational records
• Ensure the cleanliness and security of the facility
• Support the manager in directing and motivating staff
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs as needed
