Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our driving range. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, and maintaining the overall success of the facility. This leadership role requires a strong background in hospitality, customer service, and operational management to create a welcoming environment for all visitors.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise daily operations of the driving range, including staff management and scheduling
  • Deliver outstanding guest services by ensuring a friendly, efficient, and professional environment
  • Oversee cash handling procedures, including register operations and financial transactions
  • Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness throughout the facility
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
  • Coordinate maintenance and equipment repairs to ensure optimal functioning of all facilities
  • Train and mentor staff on customer service excellence, safety protocols, and operational procedures
  • Manage inventory levels for supplies and equipment needed for daily operations
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies
Experience
  • Proven experience in hospitality or customer service management, preferably within a recreational or sports facility environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest relations and conflict resolution
  • Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
  • Prior experience managing operations, staff scheduling, and inventory control is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of safety standards related to recreational facilities is a plus
