Position: Base Maintenance Supervisor at Heli-One
Take on a key leadership role at Heli-One in Vancouver, BC, overseeing helicopter maintenance operations. Engage in regulatory compliance and team development to ensure excellent service delivery.

As the Base Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead maintenance teams in meeting safety and operational goals.

This role offers the opportunity to directly influence effective maintenance processes while partnering with AMEs and support personnel. You will ensure that all maintenance activities align with both company standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and supervise AMEs and apprentices effectively

• Schedule and oversee maintenance tasks and projects

• Review maintenance documentation and ensure compliance

• Participate in training, onboarding, and performance evaluations

• Coordinate with teams for resource management and safety

Requirements:

• AME License from Transport Canada required

• 5-7 years of relevant helicopter maintenance experience

• Experience with specific helicopter models preferred

• Excellent leadership and organizational skills

• Flexibility in working hours and willingness to travel
