Swissport Passenger Agent Role

Step into the aviation world as a Passenger Services Agent with Swissport, responsible for delivering outstanding customer service in various airport environments. Support passengers through ticketing, check-ins, and baggage processing.

At Swissport, we are on the lookout for dedicated candidates to provide essential passenger services at global locations. This part-time role includes verifying documentation, assisting with baggage processing, and ensuring VIPs and passengers with special needs are well cared for. You'll be critical in creating an excellent travel experience while complying with security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and inspect passenger documents thoroughly

• Issue boarding passes and assist with flight interruptions

• Oversee passenger baggage and associated fees

• Provide assistance for unaccompanied minors and wheelchair users

• Make necessary public announcements at the airport

Requirements:

• Strong verbal/written communication in English;
Mandarin/Cantonese beneficial

• High School diploma or GED equivalent

• At least 1 year in a fast-paced service role

• Flexibility for shift work including nights and weekends

• Valid work permit for Canada and driver’s license required
