In this pivotal role, you will oversee the planning, design, and execution of large-scale projects within VCH. Your leadership will guide teams and contractors to achieve high standards of performance. Engage with essential stakeholders and ensure accountability across all phases of project management to support VCH’s mission of equity and wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee planning and design for large facilities projects
• Direct contractor and consultant teams for project success
• Manage communications and contract management processes
• Supervise designated staff for optimal performance
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, or Engineering
• 7-10 years of progressive project management experience
• Comprehensive understanding of project management principles
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
