This high-pressure role demands decisive leadership and the ability to adjust swiftly to changing airline schedules. You'll coordinate resources, manage IROP situations, and collaborate with the Duty Manager to optimize manpower.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the communication point between AGI Ramp Operations and airline OCC

• Manage flight activity and allocate resources dynamically

• Develop recovery plans for Irregular Operations and delays

• Monitor operational performance and conduct root-cause analysis

• Promote and ensure safety compliance within the team

Requirements:

• 1-2 years in aviation ground handling or cargo operations

• Strong computer and math skills; flight tracking experience preferred

• Exceptional communication under stress

• High School Diploma or GED; valid Driver’s License required

• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work in all weather
