Pay or shift range: $110,000 CAD to $120,000 CAD

DescriptionThe position of Market Manager has full P&L responsibility for the respective operation, while also overseeing the development, implementation, and execution of strategic/tacticalobjectivesin support of company initiatives.

Responsibilities- Maintains consistent presence throughout the segment, while partnering with Segment Team leaders using decision process to develop and implement business strategies to improve business.
- Responsible for annual achievement of financial performance, while delivering flawless customer service
- Develops top talent for the organization whiledemonstratingleadership competency to motivate and engage employees
- Provides training and development of employees, removes, and replaces under performers.
- Responsibility & accountability for developing strong relationship with key customers in each market.
- Works closely with Warehouse Leadership to establish best practices and consistency in all warehouse & delivery operations, keeping continuous improvement top of mind
- Working closely with the Division Safety Manager, creates a Safety "First" culture that is Compliant, Legal and Ethical
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting/Finance, or related background required, MBA an asset
- Minimum of 7 to 10 yearsdemonstratedexperience inBranch
Management/Operations required - Specific knowledge of the supply and distribution industry required
- Specific knowledge onmanufacturingprocessesand best practicesisrequired
- Must havedemonstratedsuccess with problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level
- Ability to work with a wide degree of creativity and latitude
- Mustdemonstrateexpertisein a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
- Strong customer and employee orientation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to include presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Must have a strong commitment to company values
- Sporadic multi-night travel is required
- Relocation/Transfer to the hiring branch may be required
