Ministry OverviewLeader Impact (LI), a ministry of Power to Change, is a growing national Christian organization that is committed to helping leaders discover the relevance of faith in their personal and professional lives. Leader Impact works with leaders in cities to help them develop and execute innovative strategies to make faith a relevant discussion in the marketplace. Position OverviewThe position of Database Manager is responsible for the acquisition, accuracy, and safe management of the data relevant to fulfilling the mission and vision of Leader Impact.
About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible to achieve the following objectives:
Data Entry and Management- Ministry Metrics:
Ensure ministry activity and impact data is current, accurate, and consistently reported - Complete monthly updates for Leader Impact groups and events
- Communicate relevant updates to support accurate website information
- Maintain monthly updates on core ministry metrics
- Ensure ministry data is effectively translated into accurate and up-to-date communication lists.
- Capture event participation data so new connections are stewarded well.
- Support data entry for new attendees, forums, group forums, and special events using Eventbrite data
- Ensure timely transfer of event data to support follow-up and ongoing engagement
- Stay aligned with ministry direction, priorities, and updates through consistent participation in staff meetings and organizational activities such as International Days of Prayer
- Special projects as assigned by the Director, Resource Team.
- You have a deep, growing, intimate relationship with Jesus Christ
- You have a genuine desire to see people’s lives transformed by Jesus
- You possess strong interpersonal skills
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are proficient in Google Suite or equivalent, and database management tools.
- You have administrative skills, are personally organized, and good steward of time
- You are self-motivated, a team builder and able to work independently
- You are intellectually curious, exhibited strong skills in problem-solving, comfortable in asking questions, investigating, research
- You have a strong ability to develop relationships with Leader Impact City Leaders, Group Leaders, and other leaders in the business community.
- Experience with Database management
- A post secondary degree focused on Computer Technology would be an asset. Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
