Do you like to make people instantly feel welcome and comfortable, to go above and beyond to make people feel special? Earls Kitchen + Bar is hiring Hostesses for their Front of House Team. As the first impression our guests have of our restaurants, the Host sets the tone for the entire Earls experience. However, even more than welcoming our guests, the Host is essentially the “quarterback” of our service team, responsible for creating the flow of guests into our restaurant and making sure that there is a rhythm to ensure our kitchen and servers can deliver fantastic service.

This is a great role for someone who loves meeting hundreds of new people daily and wants to learn about how restaurant operations work. Who We Are It’s work but it won’t feel like work.
