This casual relief Cook II supports NFS Food Services LFM within a fast-paced line cooking team. The position prepares room service menu items for patients, clients, and customers. It also requires therapeutic, allergy, menu, cost control, and customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare fresh-to-order room service menu items
- Measure and portion recipe ingredients accurately
- Produce food items for patient menus
- Follow safe food handling and therapeutic standards
- Provide customer service according to departmental standards
- Grade 12 or equivalent required
- Recognized Food Safety and Sanitation Course required
- One year of related experience required
- Strong communication and instruction-following skills
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and rotating shifts
