• Greet and assist walk-in and online customers with a professional, customer-focused attitude
• Present vehicles confidently and coordinate test drives tailored to customer needs
• Proactively follow up on leads from the website, social media, digital platforms, and referrals
• Build long-term customer relationships through excellent service and consistent follow-up
• Manage the entire sales process, including pricing discussions, trade-in assessments, and financing options
• Maintain accurate customer records and daily activities within the CRM system
• Stay updated on current inventory, market pricing trends, and promotional opportunities to maximize sales

• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, and goal-driven mindset
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License with a clean driving abstract
• Experience with CRM systems and digital tools is an asset
