Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated, professional, and results-driven Sales Associate to support the company’s sales activities and client development efforts.

The primary role of the Sales Associate is to handle company sales by identifying prospective clients, communicating the company’s products and services, following up on leads, maintaining client relationships, and supporting the full sales process from initial outreach to closing support.

The successful candidate must be confident in speaking with clients, organized in tracking sales opportunities, and able to coordinate with management and internal teams to ensure that client inquiries, proposals, follow-ups, and sales-related documents are handled accurately and on time.

This role is important in helping the company grow revenue, build strong business relationships, and maintain a professional sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle company sales activities, including client outreach, lead follow-up, sales coordination, and relationship management
  • Identify and contact prospective clients through calls, emails, events, referrals, and other approved sales channels
  • Present and explain the company’s products and services in a clear, professional, and persuasive manner
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, proposals, and next steps
  • Support the sales process from initial contact to follow-up, proposal coordination, negotiation support, and closing assistance
  • Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective clients to build long-term business relationships
  • Track leads, client conversations, follow-ups, and sales opportunities using company-approved systems, spreadsheets, or CRM tools
  • Prepare and organize sales materials, client presentations, quotations, proposals, and supporting documents as needed
  • Coordinate with management, operations, marketing, and technical teams to ensure client needs are properly communicated and addressed
  • Follow up on outstanding client responses, pending approvals, proposals, and sales opportunities
  • Attend meetings, sales calls, networking events, and company events as required
  • Provide regular sales updates, pipeline reports, and client feedback to management
  • Support after-sales communication to ensure client satisfaction and proper handoff to the relevant internal team
  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and company standards when communicating with clients and business partners
  • Provide additional sales, administrative, and operational support as needed
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, customer service, account support, marketing, or client-facing roles is an asset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Comfortable speaking with clients, making follow-up calls, sending emails, and presenting company services professionally
  • Basic understanding of sales processes, lead generation, client follow-up, and relationship management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, email, and basic office software
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to keep track of multiple clients, leads, and follow-ups
  • Ability to work onsite and coordinate with internal teams in Canada and the Philippines
  • Ability to learn the company’s products, services, pricing structure, and sales process quickly
  • Professional attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to take initiative
  • Experience in a startup, small business, technology, cloud services, marketing, gaming, or B2B environment is preferred but not required
  • Recent graduates with strong communication skills and interest in sales are welcome to apply
