Roles & Responsibilities
Manages a high number of outbound calls (approximately 80-120 calls per day) to provide customers with information regarding service cycle and outstanding campaigns
Creates, modifies, and cancels service appointments via phone, email, and text
Reviews customer file for service needs, warranty, outstanding recalls, or campaigns and books the required appointment
Must be comfortable switching between different systems and multitasking throughout the day
Completes detailed notes in appointment sections after each appointment
Providing customers with positive experiences through excellent service
Work efficiently in a fast-paced, process-driven, high-volume environment
Working with multiple software applications and spreadsheets
Stay updated on process changes with assigned dealerships
Maintaining an updated customer database
This position will be expected to perform other duties as assigned by management

Knowledge,
Skills and Abilities
Strong time management skills, self-motivated, and detail oriented
Professional, confident, and passionate about supporting our guests
Multi-tasker who can manage priorities, meet deadlines and work efficiently despite call volumes from clients and staff
A second language would be an asset but not a requirement
Must be able to work in an active, social atmosphere without being distracted
Demonstrate strong computer skills - MS Word and Excel
Ability to take initiative and effectively adapt to changes
Ability to make sound decisions in a manner consistent with the essential job functions
Completed high school education, or equivalent work experience
