Equipment Rental Inside Sales Associate

As the first point of contact, you will engage with customers to understand their rental needs and assist in order placements. You'll also step in as a backup Delivery Driver, ensuring that our service remains seamless. Strong administrative capabilities and the ability to positively represent Sunbelt Rentals are crucial for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide phone and walk-in customer service for rentals
• Negotiate and fulfill customer equipment orders
• Load, unload, and deliver equipment as a backup driver
• Keep administrative records up-to-date
• Maintain a positive image of Sunbelt Rentals in the field
Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED required
• Clean Class 5 Driver’s License necessary
• Familiarity with construction and industrial equipment
• Previous experience in the rental industry preferred
• Strong customer service and computer skills
