As an Allstate Sales Agent, you’ll grow your own book of business, build strong relationships in your community, and help people protect what matters most. This is a hybrid role that combines onsite interaction with flexible work arrangements based on business needs.
About the RoleThis is a commission‑based position where your earnings reflect your sales performance. Average earners make between $70,000 and $120,000 annually, with uncapped commissions and quarterly incentives. Day‑one access to a flexible benefits plan and an employer‑matched RRSP after 90 days are also provided.

Responsibilities- Builds and manages a pipeline through outreach, referrals, and community involvement.
- Meets with prospective clients, understands their needs, and uses consultative selling to guide them toward the right insurance solutions.
- Stays active locally by attending events and partnering with community organizations.
- Maintains consistent sales activity to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Nurtures relationships that lead to long‑term business and repeat referrals.
- A results‑driven, target‑focused mindset with proven success meeting sales goals.
- Experience growing your own pipeline with a motivation to expand your network and community outreach.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to establish trust quickly.
- Comfort with prospecting and lead generation.
- Ability to become licensed (or already licensed) to sell insurance in your province.
- Sales experience in insurance or another relationship‑focused field.
