As a Sales Development Representative at DES, your efforts will be central to generating quality leads and supporting pipeline development. This role involves executing targeted outbound campaigns and engaging with potential customers to introduce DES’s offerings. You'll be instrumental in collaborating with teams to further our position in the clean energy market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop outbound prospecting campaigns to engage new customers
• Qualify leads to determine sales readiness and interest
• Schedule meetings for sales representatives to maximize impact
• Introduce DES products and support partner marketing initiatives
• Maintain lead status and interaction records in Hub Spot
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong communication skills for organizational engagement
• Expertise with sales and productivity platforms
• Highly motivated with persistence in overcoming objections
• Detailed and accountable in documenting sales activities
