In this position, you'll be the heart of our Customer Happiness Hub, managing thousands of conversations through various channels. Key Responsibilities:
• Handle interactions via phone, email, SMS, and social media
• Maximize room revenue by identifying sales opportunities
• Provide excellent service by suggesting relevant amenities
• Record customer information for enhanced service
• Ensure seamless service for corporate and group clients
Requirements:
• In-person availability in Richmond required
• Flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
• Previous experience in sales or hospitality preferred
• Strong conversational and tech skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
