In this hands-on role, you will create enjoyable brand connections while participating in conversations that uplift customer spirits. The Happiness Expert is vital for driving bookings, maximizing revenue, and enhancing guest experiences. You will also provide essential information for seamless communication between guests and our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster memorable interactions to boost customer loyalty

• Handle various communication methods with customers

• Maximize sales opportunities by securing reservations

• Relay customer preferences to enhance service delivery

• Recommend hotel amenities and local experiences

Requirements:

• Must work in-person at Richmond location

• Flexibility for weekends and evenings, with shifts ending at 11:30 pm

• Previous hotel or sales experience is a plus

• Excellent writing and conversational skills

• Problem-solving abilities and strong tech skills
