Inside Sales Representative

Adecco is currently hiring a full-time driven and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our client's team in Delta, BC. This role is ideal for someone who is technically inclined, highly organized, and able to quickly absorb and apply new information. You will play a key role in supporting sales operations through high-volume data entry, customer engagement, and order management while ensuring a seamless client experience.

• Pay Rate: $63,500 - $69,000 annually
• Location: Delta, BC
• Shift: Monday to Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
• Job type: Permanent | Full-time

• Accurately process high volumes of data entry in a fast-paced environment
• Support sales operations by managing customer inquiries, quotes, and orders
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of technical product offerings
• Quickly learn and apply new systems, tools, and product information
• Maintain and update customer records and sales data in internal systems
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and customer service teams
• Communicate clearly and promptly with customers regarding orders and inquiries
• Anticipate customer needs and provide proactive solutions
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all aspects of order processing

• Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role preferred
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new products and systems quickly
• Exceptional data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
• Ability to think quickly and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced setting
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to work
• Comfortable working onsite in Delta, BC
• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
