  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to hotels to introduce the company’s services and generate interest.
  • Send personalized outreach emails and Linked In messages to prospective clients.
  • Respond to inbound web form submissions, demo requests, and marketing-generated leads within defined SLA windows.
  • Qualify and route inbound leads that meet the target customer profile to the appropriate Sales Manager.
  • Track and report on inbound lead volume, response time, and conversion to meeting.
  • Schedule and coordinate qualified meetings and product demonstrations, ensuring all stakeholders are prepared.
  • Prepare short prospect briefs and support follow-up communication to maintain engagement and advance opportunities
  • Work closely with Sales Managers to align on target accounts and outreach strategies.
  • Provide feedback from the market regarding customer needs, objections, and trends.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets for outbound calls, emails, and meetings booked.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline activity and reporting in the CRM, tracking all activities, conversations, and outcomes
  • Enrich prospect and account records with accurate contact information, property details, and organizational structure.
  • Maintain data hygiene standards including deduplication and record completeness.
  • You are a great fit if you have:

  • A goal-oriented and self-motivated attitude
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on efficiency
  • Proficiency or understanding of CRM, prospecting, and sales navigation tools
  • Exceptional sales skills to persuade and pitch ideas effectively
  • Strong ability to negotiate and close deals beneficially
  • Experience selling in multiple geographic regions, and to organizations of varying sizes
  • The ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of financial principles and ability to create targets and forecasts to drive revenue
  • A positive mindset and a collaborative approach
  • Bonus points if you have:
