At PNT Logistics, we have built a strong foundation and a highly effective operations system. We are looking for a dedicated, systems-driven Sales Executive to take complete ownership of our outbound sales process.

Your primary goal is to drive new revenue and continuously diversify our growing customer base. We have the infrastructure, a robust CRM, and a custom AI sales system ready to go – we need you to be the engine that runs it!

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Outbound Prospecting: Take full ownership of finding and reaching out to new companies. You will be the primary voice bringing new business into the pipeline.
  • Manage and Mine the CRM: Actively call and engage with the existing leads in our Salesforce CRM, ensuring no opportunity sits idle.
  • Execute Flawless Follow-Up: Manage the entire sales cycle from first contact to close. You will ensure every lead gets the consistent follow-through required to win their business.
  • Pilot and Refine Sales AI: Operate our custom-built AI sales system daily. You will use the tool to optimize your outreach and provide the feedback needed to make constant improvements to the system.
  • Diversify the Client Base: Focus on adding a consistent volume of quality accounts to expand our market presence and build a broad, resilient portfolio of business partners.
What You Bring to the Team
  • Self-Starter Mentality: You do not wait to be told who to call. You are comfortable building your own daily lists and executing them.
  • Tech-Savvy: You are highly comfortable working inside a CRM and are excited by the idea of using AI tools to make your sales process faster and more effective.
  • Strong Closing Ability: You know how to uncover customer pain points, offer permanent solutions, and push deals across the finish line.
  • Process-Oriented: You appreciate clear standard operating procedures and are eager to implement solutions in a collaborative environment.

Year 1 On-Target Earnings is expected to be $100,000+, with significant compounding upside in Year 2 and beyond as your book of business grows.
