Become a key player at Fairmont Vancouver Airport as a Sales Coordinator. This position entails vital administrative support and engaging with clients to enhance our sales operations.
As a Sales Coordinator, you will tackle a variety of administrative duties while directly engaging with clients and internal team members. Your focus will include managing sales inquiries, preparing essential documents, and assisting with client communications. Candidates should possess a detail-oriented mindset, with preferred experience in hotel environments and sales software.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver excellent customer service via phone and email
• Qualify client inquiries and support the Sales team
• Conduct site inspections as needed
• Maintain data within Opera Sales & Catering system
• Create and disseminate sales-related reports
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a hotel setting preferred
• Business or Hotel Diploma desirable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
• Prior sales exposure is an asset
• Excellent communication and prioritization skills
