- Proactively pursue and hunt for business through cold calling, networking, and maintaining a strong community presence.
- Consult with customers over the phone and in store, providing sound guidance on products and exceptional customer service.
- Welcome and greet customers, listen with empathy, and address objections by offering timely solutions and credible advice.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets while ensuring the highest level of customer service.
- Work as a team player and partner with colleagues, fostering open and constructive communication to ensure a consistent exceptional experience.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, keeping up to date with Trail systems, operations, product information, pricing, and market trends.
- Serve as a proud Trail Appliances ambassador, representing the company's mission and values.
- Guide customers through the sales funnel with the confidence to close deals and capitalize on opportunities.
- Develop creative, relevant solutions for customers' needs and solve problems efficiently.
- Plan, set, and achieve goals on a continual basis, demonstrating superior organizational and time‑management skills.
- Communicate with impact, being clearly understood both written and verbally.
- Handle intermediate math, administrative tasks, and computer operations with flexibility and a willingness to learn new systems.
- Will travel to assigned store or learning facility as required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Retail or sales experience preferred, especially in a customer‑service setting.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
- Knowledge of appliances or related industry preferred.
- Second language proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Punjabi, or Hindi is a plus.
- Ability to relate to customers through everyday life experiences with appliances (e.g., laundry, dishwasher, fridge, cooking).
- Passion for lifestyle areas such as food, wine, cooking, fashion, coffee, home design, or construction.
- 100% commission opportunity with uncapped and unlimited earning potential; within the first year, can earn commissions and qualify for in‑house and manufacturer incentives.
- Guaranteed income during training: first 6 months $4,000 monthly, second 6 months $3,000 monthly; after training, earn pure commission plus additional incentives.
