In this leadership role, you will motivate your sales team, execute effective strategies, and drive performance to enhance dealership success. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential as you also oversee CRM usage and market analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and inspire the sales team to meet sales targets
• Monitor performance and ensure accountability in sales activities
• Develop revenue-boosting sales strategies and initiatives
• Provide accurate quotes tailored to customer needs
• Analyze reports to optimize team performance
Requirements:
• Valid VSA Sales License for car sales
• Proven leadership experience in managing sales teams
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License with a clean record
• Proficiency in CRM systems and digital tools
