• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
• Monitor team performance and ensure accountability across all sales activities
• Develop and execute sales strategies that boost revenue and market presence
• Provide accurate quotes and customized solutions based on customer needs
• Oversee CRM usage and ensure consistent follow-ups on all incoming leads
• Analyze sales reports and market data to optimize team performance
• Stay informed about inventory, pricing trends, and promotional opportunities

• Valid VSA Sales License
• Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing sales teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Comfortable using CRM systems and digital sales tools
