Responsibilities

Greet customers during consultations and draw up appropriate treatment plans;

Follow up on customer consultations;

Ensure customer satisfaction;

Make product sales to support customers in their medical process;

Schedule appointments and drop off customers following consultations;

Prepare consultation statistics report for management;

Make yourself available to help the clinic with various administrative tasks.

Qualifications

Knowledge of medical aesthetic care;

Sales experience required;

Diploma in aesthetics (an asset);

Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential for this position, as all communication with clients and colleagues is conducted exclusively in English and our patient base speak mostly Mandarin.

Ability to work as part of a team;

Customer-oriented with a focus on results;

Integrity, discretion and sense of ethics;

Autonomy, initiative and flexibility appreciated.
