Sleep Country Canada is seeking a dedicated Sales Associate for their retail locations. In this position, you will engage with shoppers to discover their needs, promote our extensive range of sleep products, and ensure the store maintains its visual appeal. While experience in retail or sales is beneficial, it’s not mandatory; a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify customer needs and suggest relevant products

• Keep the store visually appealing with well-organized displays

• Aid in inventory management and accuracy checks

• Collaborate and support team objectives to exceed sales goals

Requirements:

• Ideally 1-3 years of Sales or Retail experience

• Strong customer focus and optimistic mindset

• Ambitious about personal and professional growth

• Available for various shifts, including weekends

• Must speak Mandarin to serve our diverse clientele
