As a Service Advisor, you will greet customers in person and over the phone, promoting various BCAA insurance offerings. Working alongside support teams, your goal is to identify the best coverage options while increasing industry knowledge through training. This position emphasizes customer satisfaction and team coordination to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and discuss BCAA insurance services
• Collaborate with teams to recommend suitable coverage
• Identify savings opportunities for customer life events
• Provide stellar customer service and meet sales goals
• Enhance expertise through training and maintain licensing
Requirements:
• Minimum two years in a sales and service environment
• Level 1 insurance license or commitment to obtain
• Completion of Autoplan Essentials or commitment to finish
• Comfortable using MS Office suite
• CAIB certification is a bonus
