Regular Service Advisor

We are hiring a Service Advisor based in Richmond.

• Greet customers in person and over the phone, promoting BCAA insurance products and services.
• Collaborate with BCAA Support Teams and Underwriting to recommend the right coverage for customers.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities to support customers’ life events and future needs.
• Work with team members to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales goals.
• Increase industry knowledge and expertise, participating in BCAA training courses, maintaining annual licensing requirements, and staying up‑to‑date with products and service offerings.

• At least two years of experience in a sales and service environment.
• Level1 insurance license (or commitment to secure within 45 days through BCAA, with time and cost covered).
• Completion of Autoplan Essentials (or commitment to complete within three months, with time and cost covered).
• Limited history of Errors & Omissions and in good standing with the Insurance Council of BC.
• Comfortable using technology, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Bonus: CAIB certification, knowledge of ICBC systems, and ability to speak other languages besides English.

Salary range: $42,516.72 to $53,145.96 with a performance bonus target of 12.5% (up to 21.5%).
