Join BCAA as a Service Advisor in Richmond and enhance customer experiences through expert insurance guidance. Promote services and collaborate with teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
This role requires engaging with customers in person and over the phone, recommending the right coverage through collaboration with BCAA Support Teams. You will discover cost-saving opportunities and provide exceptional service while working toward sales goals. Continuous learning is essential as you’ll participate in BCAA training programs and maintain required certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers with BCAA's insurance products
• Work with support teams for optimal coverage advice
• Identify savings for customers during life changes
• Strive to meet team and individual sales targets
• Stay updated with industry knowledge and training
Requirements:
• Two years of experience in sales and service
• Level 1 insurance license or commitment to acquire
• Autoplan Essentials completion or willingness to finish
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Knowledge of ICBC systems is a plus
