• Greet and engage walk-in and online customers with a customer-first mindset
• Deliver persuasive vehicle presentations and coordinate test drives
• Proactively follow up on leads from the website, digital platforms, and referrals
• Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up
• Manage the full sales process, including pricing, trade-ins, and financing options
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and client details in the CRM system
• Stay up to date on inventory, market pricing, and promotions to maximize sales

• Valid VSA Sales License
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License with a clean driving abstract
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and digital tools an asset
